個人情報の開示

In principal, KAYAC does not provide personal information that identifies specific individual(s) to a third-party without the individual(s) consent. We only provides such information and details of personal information and if the individual consents and agrees except;

• Acquired by or merged with another company and/or alienation of business that required to transfer information to/from.

KAYAC may outsource the responsibility of shipping to outside companies, and these contractors are bound by all confidentiality obligations and we take the appropriate measures to supervise them.

The Privacy Policy may change all or part of the contents from time to time and any changes become effective immediately after published to the YUREX site. User acknowledges and agrees that by using of the YUREX services, you consent to all terms in the TOS including the Privacy Policy and the revised terms has come into effect between you and KAYAC.

Updating Personal Information

To correct your personal information registered with our services, please access to the YUREX services to make corrections in a timely manner.

Cookies

• We use cookies to ensure that your next online visit is more convenient for you, not to invade your privacy or not to damage your computer. You can set your internet viewing software (browser) to refuse cookies, and you still can view our site. (Please understand that you may not receive our service due to the cookies setting to “do not accept".) For the browser setting, please contact the manufacturer of the browser you're using.
• We use cookies in order to specify the customer's purchase form, reservation purchase form, or to maintain the login session, to identify the particular customer specific assigned ID is embedded to Cookie file(s).

  • The YUREX site doesn't embed any information other than the only ID info into cookies, and cookies expire as soon as the user of the site closes their browser.

Miscellaneous

Unless stipulated otherwise, use of the YUREX site is governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Japan. All disputes arising relating to the use of the YUREX site, the district court appointed by KAYAC shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first trial.

Where KAYAC has provided you with a translation of the Japanese language version of the Privacy Policy, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the Japanese language versions of the Privacy Policy will govern your relationship with KAYAC.
If there is any contradiction between what the Japanese language version of the Privacy Policy says and what a translation says, then the Japanese language version shall take precedence.
